a good hurt.
I'm sore as hell today. But its a wonderful sore. Knowing that I used muscles and pushed myself beyond my normal limits. I took a "real" yoga class last night. It was an hour and fifteen minutes of pure bliss. It was at a yoga studio, not in a class cluttered with "first timers" and breaks in between poses. Non-stop. Amazing. I impressed ( Read more... ) -
I'm beat.
I've worked my ass off for the past 3 weekends. I've planted the garden, 3 flower beds, chopped down an ass load of ivy......yikes. My back is killing me, so its percocet and probably a vodka tonic for me ( Read more... ) -
My home isn't so happy......
well, My garden isn't so happy. Its being used by my neighbors cats as a litter box. My vegetable garden..where I eat everything that grows in there.
Any suggestions on how to keep the cats out? Short of trapping them...... -

My friday off, I am getting ready to take Madison to daycare. I was thinking of doing the Yoga workout on the TV before I go.....I love "on demand".
I asked Madison if she wanted to go to school or do Yoga...
