WOW. I am utterly thrilled. I spent several hours going through the books last night, reveling in the information at my fingertips. These are exactly what I need to get me to the next level of my hoped progression towards Pastry Wizard.

From happy to sad in less than an hour
YAY! I got to meet Nicholas this evening. I got warm snuggles with a tiny little. What a precious little guy he is. And I got to see his delightful parents as well. I have three things to say right now
One - I will be making something that uses modeling or molding (depending on who is talking) chocolate in the near future. The stuff is too cool to not use it.
Two - My addiction to terriyaki beef jerky is getting out of hand. I should buy stock in Jack Links.

Why did it have to snow?
At least I finally got through to a cab co. 1 hour wait. Unsurprising. We will get to the party. Eventually.
But at least I have a cake that is all carmel/chocolate/peanutty goodness. -
