My evening mixture:

1. Omega-3 DHA derived from algae - EFAs are something we get in our diets, but it's so important that you might as well play it safe. I will also supplement with EFAs from drinking flax oil or other seed oils (with my nose plugged).

Does anyone know the reference behind someone dropping the microphone after using it? Or, in the case of drumming, dropping the drum sticks? It's a sign of aggression or dominance, or perhaps it's used as a visual way of saying "I rest my case."
