Here is some advice that I have stumbled upon today:
1. You really should look for whatever you lost the last place you saw it. Even if you last saw it an entire year ago.

A spelling lesson
Today for you, is a spelling lesson.
"Lose" rhymes with shoes. For example, I hate it when I lose my shoes.
"Loose" rhymes with goose. For example, My shirt is too loose on that goose.
"Loosing" is just plain not a word. "Loosening": yes. "Losing": definitely.

So at the wedding, I was talking to my cousin, Eric, who has a kid named Mason, age 7. Here is a conversational excerpt:
Eric: Look what I taught him.
Me: Okay.
Eric (to Mason): What do you say to a hippie?

Yay job!
I'm super excited! I have been hired! It's a nanny job for a 7-year-old boy who lives on the other end of my street. The commute is just as long as it takes to cross Gammon Rd., basically. I start June 4 and end in mid-July. I mathed it out, and I am gonna make somewhere in the vicinity of $2,150 to $2,450! So I really don't even need to find a job ( Read more... ) -
shoes
I got all my shoes to fit in an orderly fashion under my bed. This is a major accomplishment. There's, uh, 31 pairs of shoes/sandals/boots, and 2 pairs of slippers. My tennis shoes don't count, 'cause they belong on the rug by the door, nowhere else. :-P. -
