FSU has won thirty grants to give to teachers in Florida who are interested in becoming a Library Media specialist. I just called Barnes & Noble to order Tupac's book of poetry (for the purpose of my students paralleling Tupac and Maya Angelou) and I snickered when the woman asked me the author's name, only for her to reply, "Oh, I think I've seen that name before..."
