I can't even put into words how depressed I've been about Prop 8 passing in CA. So many people are so happy about Obama, and I think that's great and I'm happy for them that they can feel that way. Tonight I held Roo for the last time. We have been riding a roller coaster all summer with Roo's health, having good days where he acts like a puppy, to bad days where he doesn't want to get up or see anyone, or eat anything. I has it. Yesterday under threat of rain we had a very short and sweet ceremony in a small private garden in Somerville.

Yesterday marked year number 11 of being together. Hopefully the marriage goes as well as the living-in-sin part did. :D

To those of you who wished us well - thank you very much!

But in a little under a month Pam and I will be getting married. w00t!

I have just returned from a solo motorcycle trip to VA. The point of the trip was mostly to visit Mel and have some fun with her down in her neck of the woods, but we got in some fun twisty road riding through VA, WV, and MD as well. Much fun was had.

1) A job with flexible hours that lets me work from home when I choose.

3) The weather cooperating.

I just had a great 2-hour 80 mile jaunt. I feel so much better than I did before I went out. YAY SPRING!

I know some of the folks on my flist hate this part of St. Patrick's day..but I'm irreverent what can I say. :D My impression of a drunken leprechaun.
