So I was climbing on Tuesday (no surprise) and I ended up with climbing groupies :) It was a novel experience, them following my lead, eagerly trying the problems I enjoy, gladly soaking up all the advice I gave, and in total awe of all of my more challenging moves. I put in some real work on my Sudoku generator/auto-poster this long weekend, and I'm pleased to announce that it has been a success. On Monday, I had my first auto-generated manually posted entry, and earlier today I had my first auto-generated auto-post.

I've reserved the LJ thedailysudoku. I haven't really started it up actively yet, but I plan to do so soon. I made a brief post there describing the basic idea. I'll probably post about it here again when it's active, but aside from that, I probably won't bring it up too often. If you're interested, I recommend friending it while you're thinking of it.

The Good
So I just got back from my first climbing class (the beginners class). It was fun, and I did learn some technique, despite it being a course for total beginners and my climbing at roughly an intermediate level. So the job goes well. I believe I have made myself indispensable, so I've got job security now. Suffice it to say that recently there was a meeting where a list (drafted by my boss among others) of the tasks for the upcoming demo was discussed. I'm listed in charge of over 25% of the items.
