Good news

1. All booked for our covid booster and flu shot on the 30th of October. 
2. We finally had a load of rain. One day was 100mm. Trees should be happy as October has been wetter. It is likely to be close to our average for October since we started keeping records.

I hope you have no ill effects from the boosters. We were fine with ours, but we had them a day apart which meant one arm was feeling better before the other one was sore LOL!

We had both at the same time last year. We had a sore arm and had a nap later that same day. If I am remembering correctly I did both in the same arm and my arm was just a bit sore for a bit long than just one shot.

I used to really enjoy honeycrisp as well but now find them too tart. Unless they are smeared in peanut butter. The Red Barn Market by the office has Cosmic Crisp on for $1.49 a pound, so I have been enjoying them.

Hit return too soon. We tried to get our shots booked as well. I got an invite from the province for the flu shot but nothing for COVID yet. L just went to the pharmacy across the street on Thursday and got both. By Friday, they were only doing appointments, only walk ins. I am booked for November 6 but only for the flu shot so far. No idea about the COVID one.

You could luck out on the 6th and get both.
