Tired today. Could barely get out of bed. I know some of it is anxiety. No, not anxiety, just plain old fear.

I get what you are saying about ‘the meteor hitting the earth’. I do hope that you can make an appointment though *hugs* if wanted.

That’s great about your teeth. I have terrible teeth thanks to my fear of the dentist.

I, personally, find that the more you actually go to the dentist, the better each trip is. Not going for a long time means that they need to clean it good (painfully).

Based solely on commercials, I don't understand why Kitchen Nightmares or any Gordon Ramsey show is popular. He just seems so obnoxious for no good reason, but I guess people like their drama.

I totally agree about Gordon Ramsey. He definitely does go over the top a lot. I don't mind so much in Kitchen Nightmares because he does show genuine interest and care for the restaurants and people who do want to improve and learn from him. Plus, he is always so nice and kind (and even joking!) with the wait staff and other minor cooks who really have no say in the business at all and are there as support staff. I haven't really watched anything else with him in it, though. I'm not really into cooking competition shows. Or really any food shows. I'm just running out of new shows to watch, hahaha.

Chef's Europe shows are better.  I herd that america has him over swear because it brings higher ratings.  I know to from my ex that they will swear like that in a kitchen, and of course Yes Chef and No Chef better be 1 of your answers.

I guess I'm kind of lucky with teeth - I got teeth from Mom's side of the family (I can crack crab legs if I am so inclined; I don't plan to do any of that though) and I've always had neat, strong teeth... lucky I didn't get them from my Dad's side of the family (they all have really bad teeth)

My teeth are crappy too from genetics but i also had an orthodontist when i was young that decided to file my teeth so now my cavaties are multiplying bad.  Plus the expense.

Have you ever thought of going to see a Natural Doctor instead of a medical doctor? The treatment i get UVB you can only get thru a natural doc.

I saw an orthodontist for about 5 years when I was younger. I absolutely hated every moment of it and it was the worst possible thing for thin teeth. The fact that he was a complete creep and his hygienists were all obnoxious older women who didn't care what I had to say did nothing to help my distrust of dentists. Took me way too long to get the courage to go, but I found a decent office I like now. There are constantly people coming and going, but the owner (and head dentist) is really great, her staff is very personable, and the floor plan is open enough that I feel safe and not isolated when I'm in the chair. Extra bonus: they have tvs on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix while they work. My dentist show is Voltron, hahaha ( ... )

Natural doc is more cost since they usually do not take insurance but i find that if you find the right doc, they actually save you money.  Better care, better treatment.
