We upped the price $10K to $210K as the seller requested but we pushed back/up on the closing day/move-out day for him. He wanted Feb 1st and we're asking Dec 31st. But the seller is so flaky that we expect at least a "no" and possibly pull the property off the market until March or April. Stressed and hopeful.
