More running - 3 miles!
Wow. Last night, after writing my last post at work, I went home and somehow pulled a three mile run in 28:49. Not too shabby!
Not to mention that my friend Mirzu recommended Google's pedometer, which pleasantly surprised me by verifying that I actually am running 2 or 3 full miles.
My knees hurt a little. I think I need new running shoes. -
Marathon ambitions
OK, so those of you who know me IRL know that I have been spouting off about running -- and finishing -- a marathon by the end of next year. Wow.If you click "start over" and zoom in about one click or so (on the "+"), and look at the very distinct black line that is in the upper left quadrant (zoom in on *that*), you can see a protoplanetary disk.
