so the past few days i have been upset because i only had one reed that i couldnt make sound nice. today i got my new ones in the mail and HOLYSHIT i am so happy with them. they sound preety.

i hope i have more of these when i perform for performance lab. playing today made me look forward to performing without the doubt part.

Dr. Barton found an oboe the school had that he wasn't aware of. I got it today and it plays so wonderfully! It's a Loree, one of the two best oboe makers. It does need some love in the shop.     I'm leaving for class in about 5 minutes.Oh, I just figured out that every Friday I have to perform for my peers and recieve feedback in Performance Lab. I thought that was what it was anyways, but I was just hoping it was not. It is. Where's the noose?

I start school in 4 days and my sleep cycle is fucked.

I'm  a little bit nervous. I haven't been to school in so long.

Were moving into a new apartment October 4th. Is it weird for me to be ashamed that I still live with my mom? I'm embarrassed. I feel like I'm way too old. Everyone has at least moved out for the fiscal year. I'm stuck with my mommy ( Read more... )
