Blood pressure finally high enough to convince doctor I should be induced.  Thank god because my feet are so swollen the pain from the swelling kept me up all night and she hasn't been passing her tests with flying colors...  now I can stop worrying about her, at least in one way!!

In all likelihood, I will be having a baby girl in the next 24

 Spent a few hours in Labor and Delivery today.   My head hurts badly and I can't get it to go away.  My blood pressures are borderline (unless i'm sitting up and then they are STUPID).  But they let me go because my lab work was fine.  Of course my face is swollen and my legs don't look that swollen... until I crossed my ankles for a few minutes ( Read more... )

35 weeks today. Blood pressure still high.  Headaches have been mild, mild swelling started today (legs, hands, face)  Tuesday I theoretically get off bed rest for the pre-term labor.  Trying not to envision the likelihood that I will have to stay on bedrest because of the blood pressure/pre-eclampsia problem ( Read more... )

Feeling super crappy.  Extra contractions, my pulse is 125 just laying here doing nothing and my bp is 140/85.  Those last two things make me feel weak, shaky and short of breath all the time.

I hope some of this gets a bit better when my sinus infection starts to clear up.

 First, thanks to all who commented, or will comment on names.  It is actually super helpful to hear other people's thoughts if only so I could disagree in my head with them and realize I liked a name more or less than I thought I did!

 I Hate naming people.  Back in my fiction writing days I would spend, honestly, hours and hours choosing appropriate names for characters.  Picking names for REAL PEOPLE proves to be much harder, oddly!  Partially of course, because as the author, I already know WHO those people are.  They got their names as at least partly formed people ( Read more... )
