Growing up happened very fast over the last few months. D. and I broke up just after New Year's and though it's taking me a nice long while to feel content again, it's very steady. The day I broke up with her, I woke up with the most horrendous period pain. I woke up a few hours before my alarm, and could not go back to sleep because of the pain.
I have not had a period since.
Perhaps when I let go of her... -
