I should be reading and writing more.  I've started looking for 'escapes' in all the wrong places.  Nothing dangerous, let me assure you, just more inconvenient ones.  Reading and writing has always been a way for me to lose myself, and now would be a great time for that.  I'm excited for school, I guess.  It's better than working all summer.

I had a much better day at work, I got all the nice people who were in town.  I discovered that if I don't act nice and innocent and instead act like a casual, drawling version of myself, people like me more and act calmer.  I even had a few wacked out conversations with people.  It rocked.  I also had multiple laugh attacks which made me feel good ( Read more... )
