Is today Solicitation Day or something?

I've been home an hour and a half. In that time, I've received calls from MCI trying to sell shit, those home loan people, some random lady with a wrong number, and Jehovas Witnesses.

For crying out loud, stop calling me and let me get a nap in before the cable guy gets here!

Didn't go to the gym today, my stomach is rather upset. I may hold off a week or two on my planned schedule change, or at least until I can be sure it's okay for my muscles to work out that often. Otherwise I may do something minor, like bumping my usual schedule ahead by one day every week.

Anyway. 11/21lbs to my goal.
