This past Sunday I ran a 10K in St. Petersburg during the St. Petersburg White Nights festival.  It was a sort of strange experience, and my first 10K, but definitely worth it.

I can't wait to be good at running again.

She is also engaging in animal abuse of the poore 25-lbs. dog next door by making it run for 40 minutes.

Gonna run a half-marathon in a few motnhs!
not a lot of training time, but I just want to finish it, not do it fast.  Up until now, my training has consisted of twice a month going on a 2-3 mile run.  Hmm.  GOtta work on that!

The respect I had for McCain (which was, at some point, quite a bit) is completely gone. These ads are INCREDIBLE. Obama wants to teach 5 year olds about sex.
