There are not two shows more poorly suited to being watched sequentially than Ugly Betty and Supernatural. One is a kicky little telenovela with surprising heart and an eye-popping color palette. Yesterday was a long day. Started with an impression that I might have a gas leak. Checked the stove and water heater. All lights lit. Went to work, had Da go check it out. He reassured me that he can detect no odor of natural gas. I went on with my day. Returned home, discovered that you can smell the frakking gas from outside the house. ( Read more... )
