Halloween sucked
It was an Unhappy Halloween. No costume, no party, no decoration, no disgusting-looking food, not even the minimum thing to do: giving away candy. (No children in my apt complex.) :-(
It's just me (hubby's not into this stuff, and he hates parties), I don't know anyone locally, and celebrating by oneself would even be sadder than not celebrating ( Read more... ) -
Volunteers for a zombie movie, anyone?
Some guy from Last Match Films showed at the Zombie Walk to invite everyone to participate on a zombie crowd scene for a low budget film called "The Infected". It will happen on the Edmonds area on Nov 11. Anyone interested? They'll do our makeup and all!

Zombie Walk
Yesterday I zombified myself and participated on the Zombie Walk by the U-Village. Fun, fun, fun!!! No need to explain much when you can follow the link and watch the pictures yourself; but try to imagine a large group of people, all dressed and behaving as zombies, "invading" a shopping mall for 1 1/2 hours. That's certainly my idea of fun! :-)

Started Accutaine
I asked my dermatologyst for Accutaine at the end of August... and only yesterday I was allowed to pick it up at the pharmacy! (After lots of paperwork, biochem tests, questionaire answering...) The good news is that it's cheap; I thought it'd be a fortune.

First time in Vancouver
Saturday was my chance to go or do anything I wanted for my birthday... so I picked going to Vancouver! (In Canada, not Washington.) I was dying to go since I came to Seattle, having heard great things about it.

My birthday
Friday was a pretty good day. Not so much for the incredible things that happened (since nothing incredible did), but I was in a great mood.

Why them?
I don't understand people's weird taste for celebrities. Half of those that make 8 in 10 covers of celebs magazines, I find quite dislikeable and vomit-inducing. In fact, I would pay money not to have to see their faces again.
I can't see anything slightly redeemable, let alone likeable, on the likes of dull airhead Paris Hilton or overwhelming slut ( Read more... ) -

I rarely go to plays. Pure lack of planning, since I really enjoy it when I go. See, Costco has this coffee - Seattle Mountain Coffee, Colombian Supremo. There are 2 reasons why I really, really wanted to buy some:
