That was such a great game! I'm so happy the Red Sox won. I love the Yankees (except for A-Rod and Tony Clark, natch), but I'm not sorry that the Yankees lost, they deserved to. The Red Sox totally deserved to win, and I am thrilled for them.

I just hated the smug-ass look on these two kids' faces. Of course, it is not really their fault that they grew up in New York and are rooting for a team that has been very successful during their entire life. It is just sort of hard to take "Ha ha, you haven't won a World Series since 1918!" from a kid whose idea of a heartbreaking baseball season is losing the World Series to the Marlins last year.
But I am just bitter in general, so don't mind me.
