Last season's South Park episode on Scientology was one of their funniest ever. It's caused much uproar, from causing Isaac Hayes to quit to having Tom Cruise threaten not to promote MI:3 if Comedy Central reruns the episode (they're owned by the same parent company).

Any other year I'd be spending today by going to an evening showing of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and then staying up all night to read the new Harry Potter.

Oh, 'tis a curse to be a grown-up sometimes. But they can both wait until next week, right?

I am amused by recent reports that the Subway Sub Club is going away because of a problem with counterfeit stamps. Yesterday we watched a show on the History Channel about a man who ripped off casinos for hundreds of thousands of dollars by making counterfeit $10, $25 and $100 slot machine tokens and cashing them in.
