It is a strange feeling now that finals and grades are done. I still got some times before leaving SC. There is an apprehensive feeling toward going back home. I finished applying to the NSF today. Usually, people would take 3 weeks to prepare for the essays but I took only a bit more than a week. The NSF made it sound like people are born to do research. Davis will always be missed- the awesome friends, California weather, the coffee shops, the sun, and the lazy afternoon where you can just stroll along downtown.
