The ridiculous nature of the airline "industry"
Why do we put up with this?- The airline industry is the only place where you can purchase your ticket, but not actually get a seat. "Oops, sorry, we're overbooked, and no one volunteered to give up their seat. But we can get you on another flight in 6 hours.

People who really don't get it
I'm continually amazed at the inflexibility and willful blindness of people who are supposed to be adults, people who cannot see that things do not have to be their way for life to still be a wonderful adventure for them.

Mom brag moment
I have talented kids. DD#2's dance group took first place in their high school talent show last night. DD#1 choreographed the six kids and they just blew everyone away while having a complete blast.

Catching up
It's been a whirlwind the last two and a half months. Since May ....- College Girl graduated from college.
- DS applied for and has been accepted at college (he starts locally next week).
