Coming home from my doing my mother's grocery shopping yesterday, I spun out on pavement that wasn't as dry as it looked, and wrapped my 1986 Toyota MR2 around a traffic sign. Last Saturday was city-wide garage sale day in TinyTown; I bought my husband an accordion! It's red and cream, with 120 buttons and a keyboard. I hope that, by the next time we see the Red Elvises, he'll be able to fake his way through Scorchie Chornie and Kegga Beer.

Have to go to an art opening later; a friend of mine is the gallery director at a community college, and the summer exhibit is one of people's collection of various stuff.
