Beyond fear. I'm finally not afraid to be alone. The freedom that gives me is pretty amazing. I think the main reason we've remained friends is because I like her. I still feel like he's the slimy, vile, unhappy little person I wrote about then. Good luck to them though. I hope they make a happier life together.

I'm going to Alaska! I just booked my tickets for October 6th! It's about 20 degrees colder there on average, but I'm hoping the breathtaking beauty will keep my mind off the chill factor. I think the averages for October are highs in the mid 40s. Anyone have any interesting Anchorage facts or tourist information?
