House update, or lack thereof
Still no word on the cute little house in Jaffrey. As we figured, the banks are taking their own sweet time with this. We should hear something by the end of this week, so hopefully something will happen soon! Even if we find out the bank refused our offer, it would be nice to know SOMETHING! I forgot that I never actually posted an update on the house in Keene we'd put in an offer for. Well, basically, the seller was incredibly inflexible. He actually RAISED the listing price in his counter offer. Who does that? Moron. So yeah, we walked away from that and started looking at other places that were out there.
