Blanket Permission question

Does anyone know of a list of authors who have given blanket permission to podfic their fic? I swear I've seen one but I can't seem to track it down. Would prefer fandom specific (Supernatural!) but any sort of direction would be a huge help.

Podbook beta?

I've made my own podbooks even though I won't ever use them because I don't use Apple products. On iTunes it doesn't show any chapters, however, and so I'm a little worried that I didn't do it correctly?

I'd love it if someone could contact me so I can send them one or two files for spot checks on whether I was successfull or not.
