In the summer of 1987, I was in DC for a summer internship "on the Hill."

In my spare time, I volunteered for a few hours at the Joe Biden '88 office there, just answering phones and doing other menial things in the office.

So now photos are being added to the stories of this nutbag who murdered a dozen or more, and shot scores more still, at a "Dark Knight III" midnight screening.
