You can take two characters right away, but after that you have to wait for 8 weeks before you can apply for another character. For that time you have to be active with both of your characters.

This said, the ones who already have a character or are currently applying can ask for another character already.

The school grounds are surrounded on all sides by a high, thick stone wall, a large decorative iron gate being the only connection to the outside world.
