Only ran 2 miles yesterday at lunch. Felt bad about that, so I came home and ran 4 more. My goal is to get in 5 at lunch today, take tomorrow off, and then run 12 on Sunday (that'll put me at 30 for the week. WOOT). Went bowling last night with Russ and his buddies.
