Thanks! We're working on the next chapter as we speak, so hopefully it won't be as long this time... :)

"I'm with Remus," Sirius said,

And how!

Hehehe. Ah, they were once so young and...er...well, not exactly innocent... ;)

Thanks!

You're welcome. I finished that chap way late so I couldn't say much, but I wanted to tell you how cool and original this is. You're totally breathing fresh air into the fandom. I like that you're hitting on all the Marauders, too. Though I'm kind of wondering where you're going with this, since there's isn't really a plot to speak of.

Thanks again! We've always known, long before we started writing, that this had to be the story of ALL the Marauders.

As for where we're going -- well, we're going where JKR already went, we're just taking the scenic route. The thing is, everybody already knows the big, overarching plot; we're just playing with all the little stories and details and adventures that go along with that. We may be writing it all out of order, but we do have the whole story of these four boys all worked out. (On a spreadsheet, no less. No, really.) ;)

What do you think ever possessed me to believe that a modern version of the ‘Wife of Bath’s Tale’ would make a good song?"

I'm still laughing. Although I disagree - the Miller's tale would make an infinitely better song ;) I love this to itty bitty pieces, and I can't wait for more!

You guys made my Monday. (Ohh, alliteration! *g*) The chapel and getting drunk, and the book of "dating advice", and Peter getting a date (whenever I write MWPP fic that is focused on the four of them rather than just R&S, I always give Peter a girlfriend--he needs love too!), and the kissing, and then Remus finding the Guide...

It was worth the wait. :>

Glad it was worth the wait, and especially glad it could make a Monday better! (Aren't you done with school yet? When do you graduate?)

Thanks!

June 9th. Three and a half more weeks, and I'm doing actual work (as opposed to watching movies and playing cards) in only one class. A waste of time, but a required waste of time that still begins at 6:55am...

Oi. June 9th?!? That blows the big one m'dear! (but it's a day after my birthday. Whoot!)

So glad you enjoy the guide, and that it was worth waiting for, and reading through (which is no mean feat. We understand)

this took me forever to read (two days, inbetween giant reading packets with lots of questions and giant website displays) but oh how i love it! the remus/sirius in the library was the BEST!! and now i'm going to have to get a alligator skeleton and name it nigel. ^^

It does end up quite long. We write in bits and bats, and I for one am always a little shocked to see the page count on the final draft. Ah well.

And as for skeletal crocodiles, you *can* find them -- I know this for a fact (don't ask) -- at certain street fairs...

As to whether they are called Nigel? That is entirely up to you.
