How the hell is my oven able to burn the bottom of some bread I cooked, yet other pieces in the same oven came out just fine? I did the bread blob thing on cookie sheets, nothing in pans; I think the big failure is the sheet on the lower over rack was too close to the lower heating element and that got them burnt ( Read more... )
