yesterday was  quite the amazing experience.
life is good; i think im going to stop complaining.
o rat least to try to stop letting the negetives get to me.
because when that happens, i tend to lsoe control.

but im happy.

i didn't like how i was today.
the way i thought, the way i acted.
i wish i could throw it out & start all over, from abouttt 9 last night.
maybe 10.
and just fall asleep before

 & can i just state, how badly i feel, for how much i dislike some of my own friends.

k whenis the last timei straight up told you "right now i feel very upset"
changes are i havent.
i dont talk to people when i need to.
and when i do, i dont admit how upset i am.
