My dance classes were last night. I decided to do both the hip-hop & the salsa classes. I really enjoyed both of them. The hip-hop class was a lot more stretching than I thought it was going to be, probably about half an hour's worth, with another 20-25 minutes of dancing. Yes, I’m doing better, getting a full night's sleep a lot more often these days. It’s been a long road of confusion and hurt the last 9 weeks. I cannot believe how L's attitude changed in mid-April.
