he's not just off somewhere, doing his cat-thing.

my cat is gone.

my jao man, jikao, mowling, jockomon, purrloined pup, millions of other variations on his name and the sounds he made.

he was love. a black fuzzy ball of love, turning brown in his old age. he taught me how to love, just love, the simplest thing, and how healing and magical that could be.
