Question:

What time do you (on average) go to bed at night? (during the week and on the weekend if it differs)

Please be honest, particularly if it's early - I'm trying to get a sense of how odd my sleeping habits are so that I can convince myself that it's acceptable and normative to go to bed at an earlier time.

I am just beginning to realize how many times my style or personal attire has been likened to that of a granny.
