It's a lousy cooking month for me. I got swamped with my last show, so I went out to eat way too much. Now, I'm home again and it's time to buckle down and resume cooking. And what happens? Watching out the kitchen window this morning as I poured my second cup of coffee, I saw the apartment co's landscapers were out. One of them, I kid you not, went up to an SUV in the parking lot and blasted it with the leaf blower twice, two short bursts. The SUV's alarm went off. Life has been unusually hectic lately. Getting settled into the new place is... awkward to say the least. I went from living in a house of 5 and seeing no one to being in a tiny apartment for 3 with an unemployed roommate who never leaves.
