The future.

It's nice to know that we've finally consolidated compassion, guilt, and fear into a single, more manageable emotion.

It seems like I've adopted some pretty fucking ridiculous voices in the past.  My apologies for the pomposity.

It is detestable the luxuries bludgeoned and otherwise injured persons are often afforded: a steady stream of nutrients and the freedom from daily responsibilities and depressing situations that a coma provides, for example.
