You know, every four seconds or so I announce that I'm going to delete my facebook account, because it's stupid, and I hate all the new function. And then I get friended by my best friend from preschool, and I remember why facebook is neat.

So, I'm painting my dining room. No longer will it be the color of a 3:30 sunset in the middle of winter (dark grayish-blue). Now it is the color of Velveeta. Awesome!

Jordan's gone! I'm so sad. It was so nice having her here. Unfortunately, my next holiday that's not Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years is the Friday before Easter. This sucks. I want to go visit her before Memorial Day. O misera fortuna!

Oh God! I sliced open my finger again. Well, it's a different finger, and it's not nearly as bad, but still, yuck. I don't think it needs stitches, but it's definitely bordering on it. I got some of those butterfly closures. I think they will suffice.

Our trip to Nauvoo was fantastic. I want to go somewhere else terrible next weekend. I got to interact with so many Mormons, and I got a free souvenir brick. We also went on an amazing Mormon Wagon ride. Our hotel was adorable and their buffet dinner was insane. Insanely good that is, by Nauvoo standards ( Read more... )
