Was a tiring session at the dojo. We started off doing knife technices that gradually brought in more people until you had 4 people attacking you at the same time which you had to deal with. I really am an incurable romantic as I'm selectivly watching certain episodes of babylon 5 (I'm avoiding spoilers here for those of you yet to watch all of it). Also its proabably why Marcus is my favorate character (that and his accent).

Aikido was not fun yesterday, I was all ready to do stuff, but ended up found that and form of breakfall was painfull. I was aware that I had pulled my stomach mussels somhow (I've no idea how) at some point when I was in victoria put it really put me down and I had to sit out the last part of the session.
