Tomorrow I drive 5hrs out to Provost, a tiny town near the Alberta/Saskatchewan border. That's where I'll be working for the next 12 days - everyday, with every other day being on call for 24hrs. Well, the results are in for my 10k race from the weekend - I placed 37/44 for females - disappointing, but at least I wasn't last - I still beat 7 other women - and I hadn't even ran a 10k yet this season before the race!!!

I guess that's not too bad :)

Ran a 10k race this morning... I have been having a hard time with my running recently from injuries and lack of motivation due to fear of worsening injuries.
