Sometimes i wonder if Mark is superman. I love the snow. For me, its one of the only things that makes winter in the midwest bearable. I changed my userpic to be a picture of me and Mary during her first snow (which was actually the snow we had a couple of weeks ago). Mark just told me some horrible news. some friends (friends of a friend, really) of ours had a baby about two months after us, and the baby died of SIDS a couple of weeks ago. It was only her third day back a work, and she got a call at work. The babysitter walked in and found the baby blue in the crib, and he was officially pronounced dead at ( Read more... )

well, we've had another death in the family. My grandpa Anderson passed away Oct 1st, the funeral was last Sunday. We all weren't too surprised, althought it was unexpected - he was 93! he lived a long and full life, he was still going to work 3 days a week ( Read more... )

Everything went smoothly and I am pretty much recovered from the c-section, although i am still taking it easy.

well - i had my regular OB appointment today. When they checked my cervix the midwife said that she didnt think she felt the head down there. So, she wheeled in the ultra sound machine and Bam - right there at the top of my tummy is the baby's head, and the butt is engaged in my pelvis. great ( Read more... )
