I don't know what to say but I feel like I should post something. The diet has just gone down the tubes and I don't know what to do about it. My stomach is so bloated from drinking so much water at one time I feel like I am going to kill over and die. Haven't been to church in what seems like forever. That's no good.

Okay here's the deal with the sweets. My mom buys them and brings them into the house and there is nothing I can do about that. So with the 28 day plan I'm doing I was knocking off a point for one sweet and two for two and honestly that's just not going to work for me. Well I've found out a nice piece of info about myself. I suck at resolutions so I've decided to not make anymore or follow any.

Okay starting now until July 11 here are my resolutions:

No smoking
No stealing
No sweets
No news shows
Shower everyday

So I'm starting this thing where I don't eat meat and I don't eat dairy. I'm kinda on the fence on whether or not to eat eggs. I don't consider myself a vegan per se and I'm not doing it for animal rights or bullshit like that. I'm doing it to lose weight.
