Hi new to live journal im sammy ftm pre everything and i am anorexic

I'm a 24 year old diabetic (Type I) aspie transman with DID/MPD. I'm also a recovering anorexic (or so they tell me) and when I get more anxious or stressed, my OCD and anorexia seems to "flare up". I start gender therapy tomorrow and hope to start T sometime this school year ( Read more... )

I was talking on the phone to some woman in recovery from her ED the other day, and she came down on me like a ton of bricks when I used the word fat about myself. She called the word 'fat' a negative word. So I used the word obese, as it is a medical fact. She ended the conversation. This really wound me up ( Read more... )

My gf keeps telling me I'm gorgeous. I find this really difficult to cope with and think 'but I'm so fat!' I thought that I had a reasonable level of body acceptance. Apparantly not. I'm going to work on this. Fact: I am overweight/fat. This does NOT make me un-loveable. I love myself for who I am.
