I ran into a friend of mine today, someone I'm really close to and have known for just about forever, and I was struck by something she told me. Goodbye, Summer 2009
Summer's just about ended, and it was quite the fun ride. This summer was about me being here and enjoying the things I had missed out on last summer when I was an ocean away.
I didn't get to go back to beautiful California, but this summer marked me trying a lot of new things, and I have to say, I loved every single minute of it.
