Well, Dok tied me down, figuratively and literally, and gave me an examination and....I'm apparently hitting puberty.  After being around for some 40-something

Congrats! And don't worry what everyone else says, it's totally cool to be all super excited over your chest hair...I understand how you feel. I got all super excited over my first...hairs...that weren't on my head...eh heh. But then they had to be...shaved off cuz of my accident. At least I got to keep them thanks to Mr. White though. But I haven't gotten any chest hair yet though...huh...weird.

Anyway, if you have any questions or anything, lemme know cuz...I'm pretty much going through the same thing really...only I'm pretty sure I started awhile ago though so...yeah.

Uuuuuuuh...in general or.....in any specific area? Cuz...in general might just be a dry skin thing. My skin gets weird on me sometimes and gets all dry and itchy in some areas and oily and gross and starts getting pimples in others...ick. But er...if it's mainly in a specific area...well...I might need more details on that unfortunately.
