Today my lunch bag carried the ocean. Some sand, a few wonderful shells, and some sea water in an orange juice bottle someone had left behind. I joyfully carried my delightful package onto the Bus, hoping someone would ask me..."What's in the bag?" ... "The ocean", I'd reply.

So this came the other day. I think I finally got frustrated with my inability to commit, or maybe I'm finally ready to settle down....or something. No matter what, it made me feel like I have more of a grip on myself, and more of an understanding of this growing-up thing. Comments are welcome, please.

So, we're taking a tour around the store, and they're showing me all these rad lumber tools and stuff that I can learn to use if I want...if I want! I work in the Kitchen and Bath, but can basically train myself to work wherever I want..so I'm thinking of aiming for tools next.

I keep forgetting that it's Valentine's Day. Yesterday I only remembered cuz we have a special for it at work. And this morning I forgot too until a friend said "happy valentines" to me. I washed, folded, AND put away my laundry ALL in the same day! This is such a big accomplishment to me.
