A Star Gazing Morning

Tuckered and Grimy
Today Jeff (my Ex) came over to help me with a yard project that the city demanded. The lilac bushes and a tree were hanging over the front yard fence too much, too low--making folks walking the sidewalk along the Avenue duck &/or dodge. This Will Be Short - If NOT Sweet
My beloved Arrow passed away last week. He was about 14 1/2 years old and had been with me (and Jeff) for 13 1/2 of those years. He was the best of many wonderful and Beloved 4-footed friends of my life. Almost a week later, I still tear up whenever I think of losing him. A Few Minutes to Check-In
My early mornings zip away like a shooting star. The last couple of mornings I've watched a bright, little light almost directly East from my backyard deck. This is a Sad and Short One
Yesterday, I found our 2nd Keeshond dog Dicer laying in one of the flowerbeds barely moving, although he still smiled at me. I looked him over and saw that his bum was very bloody, and realized that the cancer tumor he'd come to us with had burst.
