Cradle goes up at noon at Rich's! -
Pendulums ---- Raising the Structure on Saturday!
Last weekend we fabricated and built the cradle for the pendulums, but did not have enough people to get it all the way up..... so Sad :( The plan now is to try and gather a large crew on Saturday at noon to get it up, I believe 12 would make it go up very easily in about an hour and a half. Someone on a Burning Man mailing list posted a link to a youtube video called Pendulum Waves. The moment I saw it I just had to build it, but bigger and with blinky lights. Xmas Eve party -- extended
With the coming snow we have decided to keep the open house going until Monday 10pm. Winter storms here can be rather spectacular, and it is quite pleasant to sit by the wood stove and watch the snow fly by. This storm has promise with 18" of snow and winds of up to 45mph out of the NE predicted. So feel free to come by and get snowed in with us. ( Read more... ) -
Xmas openhouse - Fri - Sun
I have been a bit quiet here as of late, but yes we are still having our multi-day holiday party.
This year we will have a steam bath in addition to the Hot Tub!
