Went to my Conservation Commission Hearing this evening. Because I live within 100' of the water it seems i need to do this any time I need a permit. Damn walked in and watched them tear apart the guy in front of me who wanted to repair his sea wall. I don't know who or what gods he offended but damn was that hostile ( Read more... ) -
Another Hurdle Cleared
Last night we met again with the Board of Appeals and they approved the deck! Now there is a wait until they actually write it up, and then there is a 21 day waiting period in case anyone wants to appeal. Next week we meet with the Conservation Commission.
